The latest nail trends this month
Capital nail creations is a brand-new feature we’ll be bringing you monthly, where we share our top 5 nail creations that fit a monthly theme.
This month we’ve searched the gram for our favorite summer nail creations.
@theglamlabuk
Kicking us off is this beautiful set from The Glam Lab, a nail artist based out of Nottingham. The milkshake vibes on display here are just what we need in the summer heat. That’s why one of our fave buys at the moment is The Manicure Company Milkshake Collection.
@paintedbypix
Sprinkles with your ice cream? Yes please. These beautiful pastels with a twist are the creation of freehand nail artist Anna “Pixie” Holmes in Bristol. OPI have some great colour options to help recreate this look.
@nailsbyemily_xx
We are feeling the fire emoji heat from this next one, literally. If you can’t beat the heatwave, join it. These beautiful and original creations are by freehand nail artist Emily Ferguson in Liverpool. If you’re keen to add these ombre creations to your repertoire you can start with this great training kit by The Edge.
@nailsbykirsty_x
This next one reminds us of a strawberry lemonade. Or a holiday sunset. Either way, it couldn’t be more summer-y if it tried. This one is by Kirsty, also in Bristol. What’s with all the amazing nail artists in Bristol right now, and who fancies a road trip? If this is your vibe, check out the OPI Neon collection.
@rsbnails
Flowers, bright colours and a splash of creativity – how could this one not be in our summer nail faves. Ruby Scarlett Bryant is a home-based nail artist in Nottingham (seems like another city for the nail road trip list) and she is responsible for these colourful delights. If you want to recreate this look, why not take it a step further with colours from The Manicure Company UV LED collection!
Hope you liked them as much as we did. Next month we’ll be going with the theme of ‘Fall Foliage’, so crack out the oranges, browns and reds and show us how creative you can be.
