Free delivery

Applies to UK Mainland (excluding Rural Scotland) orders placed online totalling £50 or more (excluding VAT, £60 including VAT); training courses, college kits & delivery charges do not count towards the free delivery threshold. Orders over this amount that include furniture or equipment will still be subject to a surcharge due to the increased cost to deliver large and/or bulky items.

UK next day delivery

Applies to UK Mainland (excluding Rural Scotland) orders placed before 5pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Thursday, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders containing items that are not stocked by us or sent directly from our suppliers such as salon furniture, equipment or college kits will not be eligible for this service. Such items will usually state 'special order' before you add them to the basket.

Orders placed between 5pm Thursday and 5pm Friday should be out for delivery on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday then the order should be out for delivery on Tuesday.

Please note: This service does not apply during promotional periods, following a bank holiday weekend or during the Christmas & New Year period. During these times we will endeavour to get your order to you on the next working day but this may not be possible due to the large amount of orders we receive. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery during and following a VAT free sale.

Whilst orders are dispatched on a next working day service, ultimately the delivery of your order is outside of our direct control and therefore we're unable to guarantee next working day delivery in any circumstances.

We accept no responsibility for late, missed or non-delivered orders as these are carried out by courier companies on our behalf. Orders requiring more than 1 parcel may be split by the courier resulting in multiple deliveries. Parcels may also be left with a neighbour, at a post office or parcel shop if you are not in, for you to collect at a more suitable time (opening times apply).

All delivery dates are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

Please note that in some circumstances the delivery charge may need to be increased for large and/or bulky items either inside or outside of the United Kingdom. You will be informed of this before your order is dispatched.

 

Furniture & equipment delivery surcharges

If additional surcharges apply to an order you've placed, we'll inform you of this prior to dispatch.

All large furniture items are delivered on a pallet service to the 'kerbside' only, these deliveries are not timed and you may not receive notification of a delivery arriving. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

You may be charged another delivery fee if you are unable to accept a delivery, and the goods are consequently returned to the depot. To avoid this please ensure you are available to accept a delivery on the day(s) quoted and arrange for any additional help you may require to take the furniture into your premises.

Locations outside of UK mainland - for all brands please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order.

 

Furniture Brands Surcharges

PARLOR

Upon completion of your order, a representative from our customer service team will reach out to you via telephone, within 1-2 working days to discuss and coordinate your pallet delivery. The furniture is delivered on a pallet and takes between 3 - 5 working days. 1 pallet can fit up to 2 x Wash Units or 2 x Barber Units or 4 x Chairs.

England:

Surcharge per pallet is £45 ex VAT (£54 inc VAT)

Scotland:

Surcharge per pallet is £75 ex VAT (£90 inc VAT)

Northern Ireland:

Surcharge per pallet is £85 ex VAT (£102 inc VAT)

 

Crewe Orlando

Crewe Orlando furniture delivery takes 1-2 weeks. The delivery surcharge is £6 - £50 ex VAT (£7.20 - £60 inc VAT) per item

 

REM

REM furniture is normally delivered within 2-6 weeks. The delivery surcharge £10 - £80 ex VAT (12.30 - £98.40 inc VAT) per item.

 

Salon Ambience

UK offshore, Northern Ireland & Rural Scotland

Salon Ambience furniture is normally delivered within 2-6 weeks. The delivery surcharge £120 ex VAT (£147.60 inc VAT) per item.

 

Takara Belmont

Small Takara Belmont items are normally delivered within 3-5 days, whereas large furniture and equipment will be delivered within 2 - 6 weeks.

UK, Scotland & Wales:

Stylings Chairs/Wash Units/Barber Units £85 ex VAT (£104.55 inc VAT) per order

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Offshore:

+Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 working days where all items ordered are in stock (well over 95% of orders are dispatched within this time frame). Furniture and equipment orders are normally delivered within 2 - 6 weeks however some items may take longer. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed.

Please note: Goods cannot be delivered during weekends or public holidays and these do not count as working days.

Delivery window

Delivery times may vary from standard business hours. Our couriers deliver up until 6pm, but may go beyond this during busy periods. To keep you up to date our couriers will message you with an estimated 2 hour delivery slot. Should you be unable to receive your parcel at this time you will be able to delay your delivery to a time more convenient to you. Excludes pallet deliveries.

Damaged, incorrectly delivered or missing items

We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect/damaged goods are received or goods listed on the delivery note are missing please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We are not liable for any loss of earnings or other costs incurred due to damaged or incorrect products received, or products missing from orders.

We’ll begin an investigation immediately and contact you with the next steps. You will be reimbursed the cost of delivery if required to send anything back to us, but please note photos will be requested for damaged or incorrect items.

Goods left with a neighbour

It is our couriers policy to leave goods with a neighbour if you're not in.

Delivery address

You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to your workplace for example or to a friend as a gift. Please try to give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the goods to be left in a safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.

Delivery notification service

To keep you up-to-date and to help deliver your goods at the most convenient time for you, we'll pass your email address and mobile number (where provided) on to our courier company so they can email/text you throughout the stages of delivery. These messages will also include a 2 hour time slot where delivery is estimated to take place and will give you the opportunity to delay your delivery to a more convenient time for you. Please note that this service is only available for goods dispatched by us through our courier to UK addresses. A similar service is available to selected European countries through our courier, please see details below.

Delivery service updates

Online orders are delivered by our courier companies on our behalf. For further information regarding potential service disruptions in your area, please visit DPD or Royal Mail for details. Updates are subject to change.

Special order

A product displayed as 'Special Order' is currently not stocked by us and will be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier and either sent directly to you or we'll dispatch it once we receive it. Please note these items may delay the delivery of the rest of your order, if you wish to avoid this please place orders for 'special order' items separately to stock orders. Delivery times on these items usually range from 2 - 5 working days but can take longer in some circumstances. Please allow 2 – 6 weeks for delivery of salon furniture and equipment items.

Product restrictions

Please note we cannot send aerosols, flammable or hazardous items to overseas destinations. These types of products must not be ordered for delivery outside of the UK.

Customs

When purchasing goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. You are also liable for any additional customs clearance charges, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the countries the goods will travel through and where delivery is to be made.
