When is your next VAT Free sale?
We have VAT Free sales throughout the year. If you want to know when our next one is then please follow us on social media or sign up to our emails. If you already have an account with us then please check your contact preferences online to make sure you are receiving updates.
Where will my training course be held?
Courses usually take place at our stores, but please see our store locator for address confirmation as some training may be held at another location.
How do I apply for a Capital trade card?
To receive a Capital trade card you will need to visit your local store with proof you work and/or are qualified in the hair or beauty industry, ID will also be required. Please visit our Terms & Conditions to see a list of documents and identification which is accepted by the stores.
When will my online order arrive?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a courier tracking link. For more information on next day delivery and whether your order qualifies, please click here.
Can I return goods ordered online to a store?
Online order returns cannot be processed in-store without prior authorisation. Please contact Customer Services so that they can check with the store on your behalf.
