All Capital Hair and Beauty training courses booked in for July and August have now been suspended due to Covid-19. As soon as the government advise when we can get our courses up and running again we will update this page and our social media channels, so please keep an eye out for further information. We will be adhering to the relevant government guidelines to ensure our courses are run as safely and comfortably as possible, without inhibiting any learning potential! If you have any questions about training courses, please contact your local store who will be happy to help.
When will training courses be starting again?
All training courses booked in for July and August have currently been suspended. We are working closely with our training suppliers whilst also adhering to government guidance to get our courses back up and running as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for announcements.
How will the courses safely operate when they’re back up and running?
We are currently putting lots of measures in place to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and educators when our courses start again. This will include social distancing rules and PPE worn by everyone.
Will courses still be run in store?
This is something we are currently looking in to, and largely depends on government advice. We have plans in place for every eventuality so no matter what happens, you can still come to Capital for all your training needs.
Will we need to provide models?
Yes, any courses where models are required you will need to bring a family member, ideally from you household or one of the households you are mixing with.
Will we need to wear PPE?
Yes, all courses run in store will require students to wear a mask, gloves and an apron. All store staff and educators will also be wearing PPE.
What happens if my course has been cancelled due to Covid-19?
If you course has been cancelled you will have received an email with instructions on how to get a refund or transfer to a later course date. If you haven’t received this email/can’t find it, please contact your local store who will be happy to help.
