Haunting Halloween inspo
It’s that time again; whether clients are coming in looking for a spooky do or a creepy mani, or it’s you who’s planning on being the scariest of them all, Instagram is always the place to be when it comes to horrific Halloween inspiration. Here are three of our favourite accounts to follow when it comes to the witching season.@mykie_
In just over a year, Mykie has gone from 29,000 followers to almost 750,000, and there’s a reason why. Mykie is obviously a gorgeous girl, but, unlike most make up artists, she prefers to play with making herself decidedly unpretty. Along with her Glamand Gore Makeup YouTube channel, Mykie is always pushing the boundaries when it comes to special effects makeup.
Our fave @mykie_ looks? Her take on Disney’s Maleficent and her mermaid that gets hooked onto a fisherman’s line.
@ssssamanthaa
Samantha Ravndahl has almost 2 MILLION Insta fans! We’ve been following her for a while, and she offers the perfect blend of experimental beauty, and some seriously creepy effects. This is a great account to follow if you need inspiration all year round, as Samantha is always playing with the latest products and techniques.
Our fave@ssssamanthaa looks? We love her recent Edward Scissorhands makeover! She also does a great, more wearable Maleficent.
@styledbyhrush
Coming in at just under a million followers, Hrush Achemyanis the make up artist that the likes of Kylie and Kendall Jenner call upon for their cover shoots. What we love about Hrush, is that she’s all about the base, enhancing the skin and making the most of her clients’ features.
Our fave@styledbyhrush looks? We love this golden look she created – proof that sometimes, more is more! From the eyebrows to the skin base, this is just a ‘wow’ moment.
