Delivery
Furniture and equipment orders are normally delivered within 2 - 6 weeks however some items may take longer. All large furniture items are delivered on a pallet service to the 'kerbside' only. All REM items will incur a £20 carriage charge for orders under £400 to UK Mainland (excluding Rural Scotland). For deliveries outside of this area, they will incur an £80 charge per item. A product displayed as 'Special Order' is currently not stocked by us and will be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier and either sent directly to you or we'll dispatch it once we receive it. Please note these items may delay the delivery of the rest of your order, if you wish to avoid this please place orders for 'special order' items separately to stock orders. Delivery times on these items range from 1-6 weeks but can take longer in some circumstances. All large furniture items are delivered on a pallet service to the 'kerbside' only.
