Yes, you’ll need to register for a trade account to shop with us, providing proof of your professional status. You can register with us in person at our Oxford store, or sign up easily online. Read more on the types of proof we accept.
We offer both Click & Collect and next-day deliveries from our store. For Click & Collect, you can simply order online, selecting Click & Collect at the Oxford store, and we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect. This is often in as little as an hour!
There’s no minimum value to spend with us in store. However, for free next-day delivery, customers need to spend over £50.
It couldn’t be easier to check stock availability at our Oxford shop. Simply find the product(s) you require on our website, head to the Check Stock section and input your postcode or enable location services to find your nearest store.

When you shop on this site or in one of our stores, personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, invoice/delivery addresses, type of business and, where applicable the IP address used to connect your computer to the internet are collected by us. This data enables us to process and fulfil your order or transaction. We also ask for your mobile number, which helps us (and courier companies working on our behalf) to contact you if there’s a problem with your order.

and also which pages of the site are visited and for how long. This is

you personally. Debit/credit card details are entered on secure pages
hosted by our payment service providers, whether this be Secure Trading or

access to this. Where card details are given for payment processing over the phone, we do not record or store these details.
We also use CCTV in our stores for the security of our employees and customers.
Personal data collected is used in the processing and delivering of orders. Names, email addresses, mobile numbers, postal addresses and business type may also be used to send you marketing communications (if you have opted in to receive them). You can opt out of these at any time by visiting ‘my preferences’ in your online account.
Browsing behaviour data is collected and analysed to see how well our website is performing on a variety of electronic devices and internet browsers.
