Salary: £24,000.00 per annum
Please note this is a fully office based role

Role Profile
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Buying Administrator (Hair) to join the Commercial team at our Brighton Head Office. The role will be to support the company’s buying & replenishment department in areas of stock control and purchasing for all stores. The job holder will report directly to the Hair Category Manager.
Key Duties:
- Order processing
- Stock transfers
- Finance administration
- Creating product codes
- Promotional and pricing administration
- Assisting with stock rationalisation and inter branch movements
- Checking data accuracy in orders and pro-forma invoices
This list isn’t exhaustive and we expect you to be a team player who will get involved in other elements of the business if required.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Great problem-solving skills
- Strong excel and numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Computer literacy including proficient knowledge of Excel
- Experience working in an office environment would be preferable
