Danger Jones Artistic Toner with Bonder has a alkaline pH which creates a progressive colour deposit that provides artists total control over the shade and depth of their result. Artistic Toners are progressive. Meaning the longer you leave the product on the hair, the deeper the colour deposit will be. Additionally colours are fully intermixable for creating custom tones, or can be used on their own.
