Overview
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days where items are in stock. Most UK mainland
orders are sent using a next working day courier service.
Orders placed before approximately 5pm (Monday–Thursday) are typically
dispatched for next working day delivery, subject to stock availability and any required checks.
Orders placed after this time, including orders placed on Friday after the dispatch cut-off,
are usually delivered on the next working day (typically Monday).
Orders placed over weekends or during peak periods may take longer to arrive.
Free delivery is available on qualifying UK mainland orders over £50 (ex VAT).
Training courses, college kits, delivery charges and some larger items such as furniture and
equipment are excluded. Additional surcharges may apply to bulky or specialist deliveries.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we always aim to deliver as quickly as
possible, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier performance.

Furniture & Equipment Delivery
Furniture, equipment and other large or bulky items are delivered separately from standard orders
and may incur additional delivery charges. These charges will be confirmed before dispatch where applicable.
Delivery for these items is typically made via specialist courier or pallet service and is
usually kerbside delivery only. You are responsible for arranging suitable access,
personnel and handling to move items into your premises.
Estimated delivery times for furniture and equipment generally range from 2 to 6 weeks,
depending on the product, supplier and availability. You will be advised of an estimated delivery timeframe
after placing your order.
Furniture deliveries are not typically timed, and notification may be limited depending on the courier used.
Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery on the agreed date.
If delivery cannot be completed and goods are returned to the depot, additional delivery charges may apply
for redelivery.
For deliveries outside UK mainland or for large or specialist orders, we may require a delivery quotation
before dispatch.
Furniture Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for furniture and equipment vary depending on the size, weight,
brand and delivery location. As a guide, delivery surcharges for these items typically range
from £10 to £100+ (ex VAT) per item or order.
- Small items (e.g. stools, trolleys): from approximately £10–£30
- Larger furniture (e.g. chairs, wash units): from approximately £40–£100+
- Multi-item or pallet deliveries: priced on a per-order basis
Exact delivery charges will be confirmed before dispatch and, where necessary, a member of our
team may contact you to arrange delivery and confirm costs.
For larger or more complex orders, delivery may be calculated based on pallet shipping
or specialist courier services.
Special Order Items
Items marked as "Special Order" are not held in stock and will be sourced from the manufacturer.
These items may extend delivery times and could delay the dispatch of your order.
To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for special order items where required.
Delivery Notifications
Where available, tracking updates and delivery notifications will be sent using the contact
details provided at checkout. Delivery time slots are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery where possible. Orders may be
left with a neighbour or at a designated collection point if you are unavailable.
If delivery cannot be completed and goods are returned to the depot, additional delivery charges
may apply for redelivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address details at the time of ordering.
Product Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to delivery restrictions depending on location, including but not limited
to aerosols, flammable or hazardous items. Where restrictions apply, this will be indicated at checkout.
