Delivery Policy

You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the goods to be left with a neighbour or in another safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.

This offer applies to orders with goods totalling £75 (net) or more and with delivery to UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands); training courses do not count towards the free delivery threshold. Orders over £75 that include furniture or equipment will have a £5 surcharge added (total delivery cost for these orders will be £5).

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 working days (over 90% of orders are dispatched within this time frame), however this can vary due to stock availability. Furniture and equipment orders are normally delivered within 2 - 4 weeks although some items may take up to 6 weeks. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We use a ‘next working day’ courier delivery service for all orders dispatched by us (some orders are sent direct from manufacturers or suppliers) to UK mainland addresses. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Scottish Highlands addresses.

Delivery times shown above are from date of dispatch (transit time only). All delivery dates are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

If an item is displayed as 'Out of Stock' it simply means it is currently out of stock at our distribution centre. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, please choose another product but be rest assured that we are working behind the scenes to get this item back in as soon as possible. Once back in stock the 'Add to Basket' button will re-appear.

If an item is displayed as 'Direct from Supplier' it means it's not stocked by us and will be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier and sent directly to you. These items will likely be delivered separately to the rest of your order. Delivery times on these items tend to range from 2 - 3 days for items such as scissors up to 2 - 6 weeks for furniture or equipment.

If your order is dispatched from our distribution centre we'll pass your email address to our courier company, which enables them to notify you throughout the various stages of delivery. Please look out for these emails as they will include the hour 'window' that your order is expected to delivered in and therefore increase your chances of being in when your order arrives. This service does not apply to goods dispatched direct from our suppliers or for deliveries outside of the UK.

Prices quoted at checkout are for mainland areas of the delivery country only. In some circumstances the delivery charge quoted may need to be increased to allow for large or heavy items, however you will be informed of this before your order is dispatched.

Please note we're unable to deliver to BFPO addresses as we do not use Royal Mail for deliveries.

Please note we cannot send aerosols, flammable or hazardous items to overseas destinations. Please do not order these types of items if your goods are being delivered outside the UK.
