Store Manager - Aintree

What are we looking for?
An exceptional store manager with strong retail, or similar management experience to join our team at Aintree.
You will be in charge of business development, using your experience to drive sales and ensure maximum profitability. You will have full operational accountability, taking charge of stock, cash handling and overseeing all aspects of the business to achieve targets. You will also be in charge of storage and distribution of our own label salon furniture range from the small warehouse attached to the store.
You will be leading a team of 9 key staff, including 2 Sales Consultants. inspiring and developing them to achieve outstanding results and deliver on our Company vision ‘”every customer will recommend us”.

An excellent work/life balance, something that we, as a Company value. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, trading 9.00am - 5.00pm, with late opening until 7pm Thursday only.
