37.5 hours per week

Circa £20,000.00

Role profile

We’re seeking an eager Buying Admin Assistant to join the Purchasing team in our Brighton Head Office on a Fixed Term Contract.

The role will be to support the company’s Buying department in areas of stock control and purchasing for all the stores. The job holder will report directly to the Buying Manager.

This role will suit someone who has experience in a similar position or a strong office administration background. An interest in hair and beauty products is also important.

Job Description:

  • order processing
  • stock transfers
  • finance admin
  • creating product codes
  • promotional and pricing administration
  • assisting with stock rationalisation and inter branch movements;
  • checking data accuracy in orders and pro-forma invoices

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Buying and or replenishment experience would be invaluable
  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Interest in the hair & beauty Industry/products
  • You will also be a flexible and supportive team player.
