What are we looking for?

An outstanding assistant store manager with strong retail, or similar management experience, to join our team at Bournemouth.

You will have overall responsibility for supporting and deputising for the Store Manager in managing and developing the business to maximise sales and achieve agreed sales and profit targets.

In addition you will assist the manager in all aspects of stock management and the management of a team of 7 key staff, guiding and developing them to achieve outstanding results and deliver on the Company vision ‘”every customer will recommend us”.


What are you looking for?

An excellent work/life balance, something that we, as a Company value. Closed Saturdays and Bank Holidays, trading 9.00am - 5.00pm, with late opening until 8pm on Monday and Thursday only and Sunday 10.00am – 1.00pm on a rota basis.

Previous knowledge of the hair and beauty industry would be an advantage, but more important is an interest and aspiration to develop sales of our products.
