Reporting to the IT Systems Developer, you will have responsibility for maintaining and developing the reporting capabilities of the business to ensure that users across all locations of the Company have access to information required. This will involve both ad-hoc and scheduled reporting using Jet Reports and also developing dashboards in our Business Intelligence application.
Providing a confidential HR administrative support service to the business, particularly in matters of recruitment, selection, induction and all other general matters relating to the employment of people. Assisting management with advice and support regarding the employment of people.
Overall responsibility includes maximising sales and profitability, leading & motivating a team of 3, delegating and prioritising tasks effectively, taking responsibility for stock, cash and store security and delivering the highest level of customer care and service at all times.
